Barandun recruited Christophe Raimondi, LL.M. as Notary Public and partner. He is the head of the Zug office and of the firm’s international Notary Public’s office. His legal expertise lies in corporate and contract law.
Since 2009, Christophe Raimondi has been assisting national and international companies from the foundation to the drafting of contracts as well as through restructuring and transactions (M&A).
He studied in Switzerland and England. Before joining Barandun, Christophe Raimondi worked as an attorney and Notary Public at Bruhin Klass in Zug and Prager Dreifuss in Zurich.
